Notification for Casual Enrolment for the session 2026-2027

Students of the Final Year Class in the session 2025-26 (both Regular and Casual students of the U.G. and the P.G. courses) who could not obtain degree in this session due to their failure to pass the Final Examinations and/or for having backlog in previous semester(s) and intend to sit for the Examinations in the Academic Session 2026-2027 subject to their eligibility to appear in their backlog papers of the course and obtain degree on successful completion of the course, are advised to apply for Casual Enrolment in prescribed form as available with this Notice. Last date of submission of forms is 28^th September, 2026 The completed form need to be uploaded in the following link:

The list of students eligible for Casual Enrolment will be displayed on 1^st October, 2026 in our website after which the eligible candidates will have to pay Casual Enrolment fees of Rs 500/. The details regarding payment of Casual Enrolment Fees will be duly published.

Casual Enrolment will be granted for the academic session 2026-2027 subject to fulfilment of all necessary conditions and permission of the Vice-Chancellor. All Casual students will have to pay Examination fees and submit application to the Controller of Examinations for appearing at the Backlog papers in accordance with the notice to be given by the Controller of Examinations.

Students may use the Credit Transfer in relation to the credits earned in the equivalent paper/s from UGC recognized platforms/institutes to fulfill the required credits during the validity of their registration in the programme.
