All concerned are hereby informed that the admissions of candidates who have already been admitted under different UG courses but have not reported to their respective departments for document verification, as per the prescribed schedule, are liable to be cancelled.

All admitted candidates must complete the document verification process on or before 24^th July, 2026. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of their admission and the paid fees will be forfeited.

Candidates who wish to withdraw their admission may do so online through the Admission Portal. The same portal also provides the facility to submit refund applications online.

Applicants seeking a refund are required to send or submit the refund application, along with the necessary supporting documents (as per the instructions available on the Admission Portal), to the address specified in the portal at the earliest.

Please note that all refund applications will be processed only after the admission process has been completed.
