Sahanubhuti Scholarship to the students with disabilities (class IX and onwards) for the F.Y 2026-2027

With reference to the above mentioned subject, he/she is hereby informed that the advertisement in connection with the Scholarship for the students with disabilities for the financial year 2026-2027 along with application forms (both English & Bengali versions) and proforma of Income certificate have already been floated in the Department's website (meels.wb.gov.in). An advertisement in brief has also been published in Aajkaal, Bartaman & Times of India on 10^th September,2026.

Eligible students who are interested to submit the application may download the forms & norms from the said website (meels.wb.gov.in) & submit the filled in applications along with proper documents to the concerned office of the District Mass Education Extension Offices within 9^th October, 2026.

Accordingly, She/he is requested to circulate the advertisement as far as possible in the concerned offices within his/her jurisdiction district (like Office of the DMs/ SDOs/ BDOs / DIs etc.) to get the scope for extending the financial benefit of this scheme to the most numbers of eligible students.

DMEEOs are also requested to submit the financial requirements for the said scheme for the financial year 2026-2027 (along with the soft copies of Format-I & II) to this Directorate within 30^th October, 2026 positively.

No further claim shall be entertained in due course.
