List of Candidates shortlisted for Personal Interactions (Group Discussion and Personal Interview) for selection of candidates for admission into MBA (Full Time) programme for the batch 2026-2028

On the basis of score obtained in notified tests, following candidates are shortlisted for Personal Interactions (Group Discussion and Personal Interview) to be held during May 7th, and 8th, 2026. Category-wise cut-off marks are as below:

Applicants who submitted Tezpur University Application Form within the due date (i.e. midnight of 20th April, 2026) are considered for short-listing

Shortlisted applicants have to report at the Department of Business Administration, Tezpur University with all original testimonials and score cards (with one set of self-attested photocopies) in support of their candidature on the date and same specified against their names. Failure to be present on the date and time specified will lead to forfeiture of candidature. No request for change in reporting date / time slot would be entertained.

Upon reporting for Personal Interaction

• candidates applying for OBC (NCL) reserved seats must submit the currently valid and verifiable Non-Creamy Layer Certificate in the format prescribed by the University.

• candidates who desire to avail the benefit of claiming reservation under Economically Weaker Section (EWS) must produce currently valid and verifiable EWS certificate issued by the competent authority.

• candidates belonging to SC / ST categories must produce currently valid and verifiable certificate issued by the competent authority.

Candidates those who have cleared the above mentioned cut-off for Personal Interactions but their name is not mentioned in the following list are advise to send a mail with NLAT score card by 3 rd of May, 2026 atba@tezu.ernet.in.

Short list is provisional, and any candidate found without valid NLAT would have to forfeit position, even if their name has been erroneously included in list.

Any candidate without valid reservation category document may be considered in General (U/R) category provided valid test score/s are not below cut-off points mentioned above for General (U/R) category

No separate call letters will be issued to the candidates.
