Documents to be submitted
(For the candidate of JoSAA/CSAB/NEUT/J&K/DASA: 2026-27)

Mandatory documents to be produced at the time of physical verification and admission. Bring a set of photocopies in the documents below:

1. A print copy of the online filled Tezpur University application form.
2. Seat allotment letter by JoSAA/CSAB/NUET/J&K/DASA.
3. JEE (Main) CRL rank (Score Card).
4. Payment receipt (Paid to Seat allocation Authority).
5. Two copies of recent passport size photograph.
6. Certificate of HSLC/Class 10+2 having date of Birth.
7. 12^th passed Certificate and Marksheet or equivalent examination conducted by the Board/Council.
8. 10^th passed Certificate and Marksheet or equivalent examination conducted by the Board/Council.
9. Medical certificate as per Annexure-7 duly signed by Registered Medical Practitioner.

10. A character certificate from the Head of the institution last attended.
11. Valid SC/ST/Persons with Disability (PWD)/OBC-NCL/EWS certificate issued by the competent authority for those admitted under reserved category.
12. Gap certificate (in original) from the District Police Authority or Court Affidavit, in case of a gap in study for more than one year after the qualifying examination.
13. Duly filled in undertaking (A) and (B) signed by the candidate and his / her parents/ guardian along with other documents at the time of admission. [Download: Undertaking]
14. Photocopy of Bank Passbook/Cancelled Cheque (for refund the remaining fee amount).
