Notification regarding Hostel Transfer

This is to inform all concerned that the hostel shifting (from the Dormitory/Transit Hostel/Regular Hostel to the Regular Hostel) of the following students has been approved as per the list provided below. The allotment has been made based on the availability of seats in the hostels and on the recommendations of the Hostel Seat Allotment Committee for the academic session 2026–27.The students listed below are required to occupy their re-allotted hostel seats on or before 27.07.2026. They must also vacate their present hostel accommodation on or before 27.07.2026 to facilitate the smooth implementation of the hostel allotment process.

The student also need to get approval of DSW in the hostel accommodation form (the same may be collected from the current hostels) to occupy the newly allotted seat.

Note: All Day Scholar students are hereby informed that, after completing all the required fee payments and filling out the Hostel Accommodation Form available on the University website, they must obtain the approval of the Dean of Students' Welfare (DSW).Students are advised to complete this process within the prescribed timeline to avoid any inconvenience.
