Notice for Aadhaar Enrollment of Applicants under Mukhya Mantririr Nijut Moina Aasoni (MMNMA)

As stated by the Department of Higher Education, Government of Assam, all concerned students are hereby informed that possession of a valid Aadhaar Number is mandatory for completion of the online application and Aadhaar verification process under the Mukhya Mantri Nijut Moina Aasoni (MMNMA) Scheme.

Students below 18 years of age(If any) who have not Aadhaar and are otherwise eligible for the MMNMA scheme shall not be deprived from the opportunity to apply solely due to the non-availability of an Aadhaar Number.

Such eligible students are advised to:

1. Immediately contact the Head of the Department/Institution or the designated Nodal Officer and provide the required details for facilitating Aadhaar enrolment.
2. Keep the prescribed documents ready, including proof of identity, proof of date of birth and other supporting documents, as applicable.
3. Complete the Aadhaar-related requirements immediately after generation/allotment of the Aadhaar Number.
4. Thereafter, complete and submit the MMNMA online application within the prescribed timeline for the academic session 2026–27.

All concerned students are advised to take necessary action on priority and within the prescribed timeline to ensure that no eligible student is left out of the schemes due to the absence of an Aadhaar Number.

The last date for online submission of form for MMNMA is 05-09-2026.
