As per the unanimous decision of the Examination Monitoring Committee (meeting held on 16/01/2026), the undersigned is providing the following activity schedule along with the fees structure associated with the upcoming UG Semester III Examinations 2025 (under CBCS and NEP) to you.

**A late fine of Rs. 300/- will be applicable if the form is submitted to the concerned college (by a student) after 12/02/2026
