This is to inform all concerned that the application for provisional certificates for the Undergraduate Courses can be submitted ONLINE through the web site https://www.ugbexam.net/ from July 20, 2026 (5.00 pm) onwards by paying requisite fees. Concerned students are requested to follow the guidelines for submission of the online application.

Payment through credit card will not be accepted.

Henceforth, no application for provisional certificates for the Undergraduate Courses will be accepted in physical mode, till further order.

Provisional Certificates can be downloaded within FOUR working days after the successful online submission of application form.

Those who have submitted the application for provisional certificates for the Undergraduate Courses in physical mode till 17^th July, 2026 should collect their certificate from the university campus on the date and time as intimated to them already.

Information regarding the ONLINE application for original certificates will be announced shortly on the university website.
