Online Admission for Newly introduced Academic Programme (Defence & Strategic Studies) 2026-2027

It is hereby notified that the online admission process for the newly introduced academic programme shall be opened from 25th August 2026 for online registration.

All eligible and interested candidates are advised to complete their online registration within the prescribed schedule and carefully follow the admission guidelines available on the University portal.

Further details regarding eligibility, Programme structure, fees, and the admission procedure will be available on the University admission portal.

• Non-submission of the Degree Final Mark sheet during the update of the final qualifying exam details and non-compliance with the eligibility criteria of the respective department shall automatically cancel the candidature.
• Reservation of seats for different categories in all the programs shall be as per UOL rules.
• No one without online registration shall be entertained for admission.
• For details of intake capacity and eligibility criteria, candidates may go through the University website
• University of Ladakh reserves 50% of the seats in all the programs for candidates who graduated from the constituent or affiliated colleges of the university.
• A processing fee of Rs 100/- shall be charged for online registration.
