The following candidates are provisionally selected for admission into Ph.D. programme in Geology, 2025-26. They are required to take admission on 17/01/2026 between 11 A.M. onwards on production of following documents.
1. Bank draft for an amount of Rs.10,000/- only drawn in favour of H.O.D., Geology. payable at S.B.I., Utkal University Campus Branch, Bhubaneswar.
2. C.L.C. and Migration certificate in original.
3. NET qualifying certificate
4. All original certificates and mark sheets for verification.
5. Photocopy (one set) of all original certificates and mark sheets.
6. Three recent passport size photographs.
7. Candidates, those who are employed are required to produce "No Objection Certificate" from their respective employers for admission into Ph.D. coursework.
8. Copy of Aadhar Card.
