As per the University of Delhi Notification CNC-II/093/1(22)/2022-23/ dated 10 February 2023, this is to inform you all that the last date for submitting the re-registration for reappearing in papers is 20^th February 2026. All of you are requested to read the following eligibility guidelines carefully:

1. Those who would like to improve only the marks in the Theory (Term End) Examination, without improving IA/IA+CA, do not have to fill the form for re-appearing in IA & CA. However, they have to fill examination form for the same.
2. This form is compulsory for those who wish to reappear their IA (Internal Assessment) and CA (Continuous Assessment–Tutorial/Practical as applicable).
3. If the student has cleared the paper not marked as ER in the marksheet, in spite of scoring “F” in GR (L), GR (T) or GR (P), the student may choose to improve or not as per their interest. However, in case if student wishes to reappear for such papers, he/she will have to compulsorily appear for End Term Theory Examination.
4. The chance for improvement is only available in the subsequent year in the corresponding semester. For example, a 2^nd semester paper grades can be improved in the 4^th semester, and not in the 3^rd semester. However, if a student had received ER in a 2^nd semester paper and they could not clear it in the 2^nd attempt in the 4^th semester, they will get the chance in 6^th semester to clear the same.
5. Student who wish to improve their grades are required to fill Performa cum Application available with photocopier.
6. This Performa cum application form will be verified by Ms. Narinder Kaur in the Account Section and a nominal fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged per paper from students for re-registration which is also to be submitted in the Account Section to Ms. Narender Kaur.
7. Duly signed and verified form by Ms. Narinder Kaur has to be submitted to Ms. Gurleen Kaur in IA Room, latest by 20^th February 2026.
8. IMPORTANT: Students of 2022 Admissions, who have exited in July–August 2025, are also eligible to fill this form to improve their 6^th semester results, including ER. They are also eligible to fill this form to clear the ER papers of 2^nd and 4^th Semester.
