Offline Counselling for Waiting Listed Candidates of 4-Year B.Tech./BCA Programmes and 4 Year B.Sc. Honours in Botany, 2026-2027

Schedule for Final Offline Counselling Round against Vacant Seats in 4 year B.Tech., BCA,
and 4 year B.Sc. Honours in Botany Programmes.

It is hereby informed to all concerned candidates that additional round of offline counselling will be conducted on 13th October, 2026 (Tuesday) at 11:00 A.M. at the AUAT Office, 2nd Floor, Newtown Campus, Aliah University (Action Area-IIA/27, Newtown, Kolkata - 700160) to fill remaining vacant seats in 4 year B.Tech., BCA, and 4 year B.Sc. Honours in Botany Programmes. This session is exclusively open for the waitlisted candidates who participated in previous offline counselling session but were not allotted a seat due to seat unavailability. Therefore, eligible and interested candidates (All State-Waitlisted Candidates of U21: 4 year B.Tech./BCA and Waiting Rank 1 to Rest of U14: 4 year B.Sc. Honours in Botany/Microbiology/Zoology) are invited to report physically at the designated time as mentioned below, bringing all required documents specified in Annexure-I and the requisite admission fees of Rs. 7,210/- (for U21: 4 year B.Tech./BCA) or Rs. 2,410/- (for U14: 4 year B.Sc. Honours in Botany). Admission offers will be granted strictly in order of Waiting Rank (WR) until the available seats are filled. Failure to appear in person on the scheduled date and time will result in the immediate forfeiture and cancellation of candidature.

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR THOSE WHO WILL GET ALLOTMENT
Allotted candidates are required to pay the admission fee of Rs. 7,210/- (for U21: 4 year B.Tech./BCA) or Rs. 2,410/- (for U14: 4 year B.Sc. Honours in Botany) after getting the allotment during the offline counselling session. Payment must be executed at the counselling venue exclusively via online banking or UPI.

Physical verification of original documents will be conducted concurrently at the venue. Upon successful verification and fulfilment of all required eligibility criteria, provisional Identity Cards will be issued to the newly admitted students.

The decision of the university administration and the conducting authority regarding all aspects of the offline counselling and admission process shall be final, binding, and absolute on all candidates.

NB: Payment of admission fees does not confirm the admission. Admission may be cancelled if any discrepancy (incorrect information / non-fulfilment of eligibility criteria) is detected at any stage.
