Admission into 2-Year MBA Programme for the session 2025-26
ADMISSION NOTICE

It is for information to all concerned that online applications are invited from the eligible candidates for admission to the newly introduced Postgraduate Programme: 2-Year Master of Business Administration (MBA) for the academic session 2025-26. Eligible candidates may apply only through online mode https://aums.aliah.ac.in from 15th May 2025. The last date of online application is 25th June 2025. Programme details are as follows and candidates are also advised to follow the Aliah University website www.aliah.ac.in regularly for the latest updates.

• Programme Code: P33
• Programme Name: 2-Year Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Duration: 2 years
• Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline with 50% in aggregate or equivalent GPA.
• Age Limit: The Upper age limit is 27 years maximum, as on the date 1st July 2025.
• Number of Seats: 20 (Gen- 19 + PC/Divyang/Pwd -1)
• Syllabus: Written Test will be comprised of Data Analysis and Interpretation, Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude (10th standard level), English Comprehension and English Language Aptitude, General Knowledge & Current Affairs and Islamic History & Culture.
• Pattern: The Question paper of AUAT-2025 will be comprised of 100 marks and the examination duration will be of 2 Hours.
  
  Part-I (70 Marks): Question will be from respective subject as mentioned below:
  - Data Analysis and Interpretation – 20 Marks
  - Verbal And Non-Verbal Reasoning – 20 Marks
  - Quantitative Aptitude (10th standard level) – 20 marks
  - English Comprehension and English Language Aptitude -10 Marks
  
  Part-II (30 Marks): Question will be on General Knowledge, General English and Islamic History & Culture (in the ratio of approximately 1:1:4) as mentioned below:
  - General English, General Knowledge & Current Affairs – 10 Marks
  - Islamic History & Culture – 20 Marks
• Final Merit Score Calculation: The written test must be followed by the Group Discussion and Interview of the candidates shortlisted** from the written test. Final list has to be drawn based on the combined score of the candidate from the written score, Group Discussion and the Interview.
  ** Policy of shortlisting will be notified later.
• Important Dates:
  - Online Submission of Application Form starts - 15/05/2025
  - Last date of submission of Online Application - 25/06/2025
  Online Availability of Admit Cards - 01/07/2025
  Aliah University Admission Test (AUAT) 2025 - 13/07/2025
• Examination Centre: Aliah University Admission Test (AUAT) – 2025 for 2-Year Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be conducted only at the Kolkata centre. Final decision regarding allotment of the Entrance Test/ Examination Centre will be taken by the competent authority.
• Application Fees: Rs. 400/- for Male and Rs. 300/- for Female candidate/s.
