PhD Admission 2025-26 Interview Schedule

Interview Schedule for Admission to the PhD Programme 2025-26

After the applications were verified by the respective Departmental Research Committees (DRCs) of the following departments, the list of candidates eligible to appear in the interview was prepared and published vide Ref. No. AU/Admin-PhD04/2025-26 dated 29/01/2026.

- (ii) Chemistry
- (iii) Biological Sciences
- (iv) Mathematics and Statistics
- (v) Civil Engineering
- (vi) Computer Science and Engineering
- (vii) Electrical Engineering
- (viii) Electronics and Communication Engineering
- (ix) Mechanical Engineering
- (x) Management and Business Administration
- (xi) Economics
While every care has been taken to check the eligibility and scores of the candidates to prepare the provisional list of candidates eligible for interview, detection of any mistake/wrong information at any later stage, including during the interview or thereafter, may lead to the cancellation of the candidature and his/her selection in the PhD Programme.
Interviews for the subjects listed above will begin on 12th February 2026, as per the schedule below. The schedule of some subjects may change if some unforeseen conditions arise. Candidates are advised to regularly check the PhD Admission section (2025-26) of the website.
No individual requests to change the interview date for a particular subject will be entertained.
Candidates are advised to bring one set of self-attested testimonials, including all marksheets, grade cards, and certificates, and the printed copy of the submitted online application form, along with all original documents, at the time of the interview for verification.
Candidates who are in service and are seeking PhD Admission on a part-time basis are required to submit a No Objection Certificate (NoC) from their employer in the prescribed format (Sample has been uploaded on the website). It is desirable that the candidate bring a copy of the NoC to the interview and submit the original NoC at the time of admission, if selected.
The list of recommended candidates for admission to PhD programmes across subjects will be published on the university website in due course, after the completion of the interview process for the different subjects.
Candidates are advised to regularly check the PhD Admission section on the university website (https://aliah.ac.in/doctoral-admission-2025-26) for all information and notifications related to PhD admission (2025-26).
