Admission to Diploma in Agriculture for the academic year 2026-2027

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the one-year (two-semester) Diploma in Agriculture (for the benefit of farmers – skill enhancement and reinforcement), to be conducted under the aegis of Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute (a Deemed to be University declared by the Government of India under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956) at the “Off Campus” Centre, Narendrapur, Kolkata-700103.

Name of the Programme: Diploma in Agriculture
Duration of the course: 2 Semesters = 50 weeks (80 credits =1800 hours)
Total intake capacity: 150 (3 batches of 50 each)
Commencement of classes: 15^th September, 2026 (Ganesha chaturthi)
Educational Qualifications: Madhyamik (Class X) OR Higher Secondary (Class XII) / Equivalent Examination from a recognized Board/Council

Admission Process:
Selected candidates will be informed by mobile phone (whatsapp/sms/call) or email on or before 11^th September, 2026. They should get admitted by paying the following fees in full by scanning the QR code which will be shared with them at the time of selection notification.

Course Fee + Food and Accommodation: 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only)
