NEET UG 2024 Results Announced, higher cut-offs across all categories

On June 4, 2024, the National Testing Agency (NTA) unveiled the NEET UG 2024 results. Aspiring undergraduate students who participated in the National Eligibility and Entrance Test can access their results through the official NTA NEET website at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET or neet.ntaonline.in.

The cut-off for general and general-PH category applicants this year stands at 720-164, marking an increase from the previous year's 720-137. As per NTA data, the exam saw 9,96,393 male candidates, 13,31,321 female candidates, and 17 transgender candidates. Overall attendance reached 96.94 percent, with male candidates at 96.92 percent, female candidates at 96.96 percent, and transgender candidates at 94.44 percent.

Experts weigh in on the NEET results:
Gaurav Tyagi, Founder of Career Xpert, comments, "Success doesn't adhere to a fixed timeline, evident from the early release of NEET UG results today. NTA's unexpected data drop before the scheduled June 14th date highlights how achievements often surpass expectations."

"This premature disclosure underscores the unpredictability of success and the importance of staying ready for any outcome, particularly for the diligent students who've dedicated themselves to their goals. I urge aspirants to embrace this moment," adds Gaurav Tyagi.
