Physical Verification of Documents (Standalone Portal)

All candidates who have taken admission to 4-Year B.A. / B.Sc. Major Courses (Honours with Research) in Lady Brabourne College in the session 2025-26 through the Standalone Admission Portal of the college (admission.ladybrabourne.ac.in), are required to report to the college premises for physical verification of their original documents.

Physical verification will be conducted by the college authorities on 06-11-2025 (Thursday) and 07-11-2025 (Friday). Candidates are required to report for the same on any one of the above-mentioned days.

Reporting time for physical verification of documents: 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm

Venue: College Office and respective Department

Candidates are required to bring all documents as specified:

• Downloaded receipt of Admission Fees paid online
• Print out of downloaded Application form for Admission as generated by the Standalone Admission Portal
• Recent passport size photograph - 2 copies
• Age Proof Document - Admit Card / Certificate of Madhyamik / Equivalent Examination / Birth Certificate
• Class X (Madhyamik or equivalent) Mark Sheet
• Class XII (H.S. or equivalent) Mark Sheet
• Registration Certificate of Class XII (H.S. or equivalent)
• Aadhaar Card
• Caste Certificate (certified by competent authority), if applicable
• Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Certificate (certified by competent authority), if applicable
• EWS certificate (certified by competent authority), if applicable
• BPL Certificate Document, if applicable
• Migration Certificate Document, if applicable
• Equivalence Certificate Document, if applicable
• Registration Certificate - only for candidates already registered under CU

Students must also bring self-attested photocopies of the above documents.

Confirmation of admission is subject to successful physical verification of documents. Admission of candidates failing to report for physical verification during the above mentioned period is liable to be cancelled.
