Hostel Re-Admission Notice 2025

This is to inform all concerned that the boarders of Undergraduate (UG), Five-Year Integrated Master’s Programme (FYIMP), Postgraduate (PG), and Ph.D. programmes residing in various G.U. Hostels are directed to complete their Hostel Re-admission for the academic session 2025–26

Boarders must pay the prescribed hostel re-admission fee and submit a copy of the payment receipt to their respective Wardens on or before 16/09/2025.

Mode of Payment:

1. Visit https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/
2. Search for “GAUHATI UNIVERSITY” and select it following the search results.
3. Under Payment Category, select “Hostel Re-admission Fee”, fill in the required details, and make the payment online.

Fee Structure:

• Re-admission Fee for Single Seater: Rs. 3,700/-
• Re-admission Fee for Double/Triple Seater: Rs. 2,860/-

All boarders are instructed to strictly adhere to the above deadline.
