Points to be considered:
i. PG-NCAT (Aptitude test and Personal interview) is mandatory for all aspirants applying to MBA and PGD programmes. In addition to PGNCAT, valid scores of the aspirants appearing for CUET PG / State-CET / CAT / XAT / MAT / NMAT / GRE / GMAT / ATMA will be considered for MBA and PGD programmes, GATE scores (in Architecture & Planning / Civil Engineering for M. Tech.) will be accepted as an alternative to the PG-NCAT (Aptitude Test).
ii. Candidates who appear for both PG-NCAT and any of the approved entrance examinations mentioned above will have their best score considered, wherever applicable.

Admission Procedure

Admission Policy
Selection of students is made by the selection committee. Those interested in admission to the programmes offered by the NICMAR University of Construction Studies, Hyderabad may apply online, pay fees and upload documents through our website. All specified documents must be submitted. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Application Fee:
PG Programmes: INR 2,500/-

Candidates’ preference of programme will be considered, but the allotment will be done at the sole discretion of the admission department, NICMAR University of Construction Studies, Hyderabad. Candidates should appear for the selection procedure on the given dates.

Admission process will be conducted online, and the detailed Information will be shared with the applicants.

SELECTION PROCEDURE
Applications are scrutinised and eligibility is established based on the documents submitted.

Eligible candidates will be invited to appear for the selection procedure, i.e., PG-NCAT which comprises Aptitude Test, Personal Interview (PI) and Rating of Application (RA). PG-NCAT (Aptitude test and Personal interview) is mandatory for all aspirants applying to MBA and PGD programmes.

In addition to PG-NCAT, valid scores of the aspirants appearing for CUET PG / State-CET / CAT / XAT / MAT / NMAT / GRE / GMAT / ATMA will be considered for MBA & PGD programmes. Scores of GATE (for the M. Tech. programmes) will be considered as an alternative for PG-NCAT (Written Test).

Candidates who appear for both PG-NCAT and any of the approved entrance examinations mentioned above will have their best score considered, wherever applicable.

Note:
1. The RA is calculated based on weighted scores of the cumulative academic performance along with work experience (wherever applicable) obtained from the documents submitted to NICMAR University of Construction Studies, Hyderabad by the candidates.
2. Selection of candidates is done based on merit. Admission o8er letters are issued in the order of merit.
3. DOMICILE: Twenty-five percent of the total approved intake capacity is reserved for students who are domiciled in the State of Telangana.

MBA in Advanced Construction Management	2 Years	Candidates with a regular Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture / Planning from a recognised Institution / University are eligible. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of programme.
PG Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management	1 Year	Candidates with a regular Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture / Planning from a recognised Institution / University are eligible. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of programme.
M.Tech in Construction Technology and Management	2 Years	• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent degree in relevant field. • The candidate must have secured at least 50% marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) or its equivalent CGPA. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of programme.

MBA in Advanced Project Management	2 Years	Candidates with a regular Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture / Planning / Interior Designing / Construction Management / Building Services Engineering & related fields in built environment from a recognized Institution / University are eligible. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of programme.

School of Energy and Clean Technology

MBA in Advanced Energy Management	2 Years	Candidates with a regular Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognised Institution / University are eligible to apply. Industry sponsored candidates with the above criteria are also eligible to apply. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of programme.
PG Diploma in Health Safety and Environment Management	1 Year	Candidates with a regular Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognised Institution / University are eligible. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of programme.

Fee Structure
