01 MBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (2 Years)
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates with a regular Bachelor's degree in engineering / architecture / planning / commerce / finance / banking / management / economics / mathematics / statistics, /law from a recognised Institution / University are eligible. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for candidates from the reserved category) at the graduation level. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of the programme.

02 PG Diploma in Asset and Facilities Management (1 Years)
Eligibility Criteria – One-Year Programme in Asset and Facilities Management:
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% for candidates belonging to reserved categories). A background in engineering, architecture, hospitality, real estate, or operations management is preferred. Final-year students who are eligible to graduate may also apply; however, they must have completed their degree requirements before the commencement of the programme. Mid-career professionals with relevant experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or allied sectors are encouraged to apply. The programme also welcomes individuals seeking a career transition into the field of Asset and Facilities Management.

01 Master of Planning (Urban Planning) - (2 Years)
Eligibility Criteria:
A Candidate with 50% marks in Bachelor of Planning/ Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Structural Engineering / Construction Technology / Construction Management / Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering / Computer Science / Infrastructure Planning and Management from a recognized statutory institute or any other recognized by the Institute of Town Planners India, New Delhi
or
A Candidate with 50% marks in Master of Geography/ Economics/ Sociology/ Social Work/ Population Studies/ Development Studies/ Geoinformatics/ Mathematics/ Econometrics/ Statistics/ Operation Research/ Public Administration/ Management/ Governance/ Public Policy from a recognized statutory institute or any other recognized by the Institute of Town Planners India, New Delhi.

02 Bachelor of Architecture (5 Years)
Eligibility Criteria:
As per Council of Architecture (CoA) mandatory eligibility criteria for admission to 1st of 5-year Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree course is as under:
1. No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate.

Passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate.

2. The candidate needs to qualify an aptitude test in Architecture, i.e. NATA or JEE-II.

3. The admission will be based on the candidate’s marks for aptitude tests NATA score or JEE Paper 2 (50% weightage) and marks of 10+2 examination or 10+3 Diploma examination (50% weightage).

4. Reservation of seats and relaxation in percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination for admission shall be as per the reservation policy of Central Government or the respective State Governments.

01 MBA in Sustainable Energy Management (2 Years)
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates with a regular Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology in any discipline / Architecture / Bachelor of Science or Master of Science qualification in (Physics/Chemistry/Electronics/B Voc [Renewable]) from a recognised Institution / University are eligible to apply. Industry sponsored candidates with the above criteria are also eligible to apply. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation / post-graduation level. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of programme. While applicants from diverse academic backgrounds may apply, a foundation in engineering, architecture, hospitality, real estate, or operations management is preferred.

02 MBA in Environmental Sustainability (2 Years)
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates with a regular Bachelor’s degree (minimum three years) in any discipline or Masters (mandatory two years) in any discipline from a recognised Institution / University are eligible to apply. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation / post-graduation level. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must complete their Graduation / Post graduation before the commencement of the programme.

01 M.Tech. in Construction Technology and Management (2 Years)
Eligibility Criteria:
i. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent degree in relevant field.
ii. The candidate must have secured at least 50% marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) or its equivalent CGPA are eligible to apply.

Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of programme.

02 M.Tech. in Infrastructure Project Management (2 Years)
Eligibility Criteria:
i. Bachelor’s degree in Civil/ Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Equivalent degree in relevant field.
ii. The candidate must have secured at least 50% marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) or its equivalent CGPA are eligible to apply.

Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of programme.

03 PG Diploma in Ready Mix Concrete Management (1 Years)
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates with a regular bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field from a recognized institution/university are eligible. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from the reserved category) at the graduation level. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of programme.

04 B.Tech. in Civil Engineering (4 Years)
Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate, For First Year
i. should have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Agriculture or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies or Electronics or Entrepreneurship and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Reserved categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together and obtained non-zero positive score in Joint Entrance Test (JEE) (Main) Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) or The Candidate should have appeared in UG-NCAT and obtained non-zero score in UG-NCAT conducted by the NICMAR University. Pune.
ii. Passed three years of D. Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.

For Direct Second Year
iii. should have passed minimum three years Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained atleast 45% marks (at least 40% mark in case of Reserved categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only)

Note:
a. Candidates who have appeared for the class XII examination and are awaiting their final results will be provisionally admitted to the programme based on their performance in the selection process. These candidates must ensure that the pending mark sheets are submitted within one month of the commencement of programme, failing which the admission will be cancelled.
b. Any other criterion is declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.
c. In case the eligibility criteria are not applicable, the decision of NICMAR University will be final

02 MBA in Family Business and Entrepreneurship (2 Years)
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates with a regular graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for the candidates from reserved category) from a recognized institution / university are eligible. Final year graduating students can also apply. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of programme. Candidates with a keen interest or background in Entrepreneurship/Startups/Family Business are encouraged to apply.

03 Integrated MBA [BBA + MBA (5 Years)]
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Age: Candidate should have been born on or after August 01, 2005 (5 years of relaxation to the candidates from reserved category will be given i.e., born on or after August 01, 2000).
2. Qualifying Exam: Candidate should have passed Standard XII/HSC or equivalent examination in 2024, 2025 or appearing in 2026.
