The following students of PhD programmes from Sangit Bhavana (Academic Year 2025-2026) are allotted hostel seats for the respective hostel mentioned against their names. They are requested to report hostel to confirm the hostel admission on or before 18 th January, 2026 (5:00PM). The payment link will be active phase wise till 15 th January 2026 in the SAMARTH account of the students. Students are requested to check their SAMARTH account or email registered in their student account time to time.
How to create SAMARTH account:
The “Enrolment Number” is required for opening SAMARTH account and is available in the Allotment sheet below.

All the candidates have to note the following:
1) The list is provisional
2) The successful payment of hostel fee through SAMARTH account is the confirmation of
the hostel admission. In case the payment is not done within the stipulated time, the
allotment would be cancelled and will be offered to the next waiting candidate.
3) After payment, the student has to show the payment receipt to the Hostel Warden/MTS for
allotment of the room.
4) No request for change of room allotted through SAMARTH will be entertained.
