All candidates selected for admission to the Ph.D. Programme at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University (DSPMU), Ranchi, are hereby informed that they are required to complete the admission formalities on or before 24.11.2026.

The selected candidates are required to fulfil the following formalities:

1. Deposit the prescribed admission fee ONLINE on or before 24.11.2026.
2. Submit the original Transfer Certificate (TC), Migration Certificate, and fee payment receipt to their respective Departments for verification and completion of the admission process.

Failure to complete the admission formalities within the prescribed date may result in cancellation of candidature, as per University rules.

This notice is issued for the information and necessary action of all concerned.
