1. The Ph. D Course Work Examination, 2026 has been scheduled to be held from 23/11/2026.

2. The candidates appearing in Ph. D Course Work Examination, 2026 shall enroll themselves for the said examination online by inserting their Registration Numbers from 28.10.2026 (12 noon) to 02.11.2026 (5:00 pm). They will visit www.exam.nbu.ac.in for their enrollment.

3. The students shall download their admit cards from the website of the Examination Branch www.exam.nbu.ac.in on 18/11/2026 5:00 pm onwards.

4. The schedule of Ph.D Course Work Examination shall be published by the Office of the Undersigned shortly both in the University website (www.nbu.ac.in) and in the website of the Examination Branch (www.exam.nbu.ac.in).

5. The mode of practical examinations shall be decided by the concerned departments.

6. We request all students to register themselves with the Academic Bank of Credits at www.abc.gov.in and obtain a unique ABC ID. It is mandatory for filling in examination form and appearing in semester examinations. We would like to emphasize that hard copies of marksheets will not be issued to those candidates who fail to submit their ABC ID during the examination form filling process.

7. The candidates without Registration Number are not eligible to enroll for Ph.D. Coursework Examination, 2026.

The table below covers every document type used across all Ph.D. programmes. Photos and signatures must be JPG images; every other document must be a PDF. Files outside the size range shown will be rejected by the system at the point of upload.
