• Provisional Admission Notification
• 11th & 12th Std Marksheets*
• Transfer Certificate & Conduct Certificate*
• Fee Receipt
• Community Certificate (If Applicable)**
• Aadhaar card of the candidate and parents**
• Student bank passbook (only front page)/ bank account details **
• Eligibility certificate (if applicable)****
• Disability certificate, ex-serviceman certificate, first graduate certificate (if applicable)
• Migration certificate/pass certificate (if applicable)
• Recent passport size photo (5 nos.)

• ** Original for verification purposes
• *** Your admission will be automatically cancelled if fee is not remitted and certificate verification is not completed by the due date. Students who are provisionally admitted cannot claim a refund of the fee if they decide to discontinue their course (Subject to conditions).
• ****Eligibility Certificate needs to be obtained from the University of Madras for Candidates from other State boards/ Universities (Except for TN State Board, CBSE & AISSCE)

• During Certificate verification, it is mandatory for students to report with their parents; failing to do so, the certificate verification will not be done.
• Outstation students should compulsorily furnish the details of the local guardian during certificate verification.
• Certificate verification will be done only on the date specified as per the provisional admission notification.
