Instructions for submission of Online Application Form
Candidates are required to apply online only through the University website www.christuniversity.in No other means/mode of application will be accepted.
Candidates should thoroughly go through the programme eligibility criteria, etc. before applying.

Through the program of your choice. After selecting the program, you will be redirected to the Registration for New Students Admission page.
  • One-time registration: This registration allows you to apply for multiple programs using the same Registration ID.
  • Fill in your details: Enter your name as per your class 10 school certificate, a valid email ID, mobile number, WhatsApp number for further communication, date of birth, and create a password. Reconfirm the password. Ensure all data is correct before submission, as you cannot edit this personal information later. Click on the ‘Register’ button to complete the registration.
  • Verify with OTP: An OTP will be sent to your mobile number and email ID. Enter the OTP in the given section and click on the ‘Proceed’ button. If you do not find the email in your inbox, check the spam folder.
  • Login with your credentials: Use your registered email ID and password to log in. Enter them correctly in the respective fields.
  • Click on the Login button: After entering your details, click on the ‘Login’ button.
  • Forgot password?: If you forgot your password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button and follow the necessary steps to reset it.
  • Select the program: Choose the program and campus to which you want to apply. If there is an option to choose preferences, kindly choose the preference accordingly. All candidates must meet the program specific eligibility criteria. (Eligibility criteria for the program is available on the admissions page on the University website). Ensure all data is correct before proceeding to next step, as you cannot edit this information later.
  • Photograph: Upload a photo (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms formal dress with white background only not more than 100 kb). Photos with other backgrounds or taken with mobile devices will result in rejection of the application.
  • Read the terms and conditions: Carefully read the terms and conditions and select the declaration box below.
  • Pre-requisites: For B Arch programme, Valid qualifying test score of NATA, if available while applying. 
  • Personal information: Fill in your personal information, sports achievements (if any), and extracurricular details (if any).
  • Parent/guardian information: Provide your current and permanent addresses, along with your parent and guardian information.
  • Educational details: Fill in your educational details and upload clear scanned copies of class 10 and class 11 final report or class 12 Board result. *Applications with no marks cards or unclear scanned copies will be rejected and termed as Not Eligible.
  • Preview your application: Review the details you have entered. If there are any corrections needed, edit and preview the application form again. Once submitted, the details cannot be corrected, so ensure everything is accurate before submitting.
  • Entrance Test Programmes: Select the date for the Online Entrance Test and the venue for the selection process (SA_MP_PI). Please refer to the Important Dates section before filling out the application. Choose the appropriate date for the Online Entrance Test and the venue for the selection process based on the programme you are applying for. No requests for changes in date or venue will be entertained.
  • Non Entrance Test Programmes: Select the date and the venue for the selection process (SA_MP_PI_AU). Please refer to the Important Dates section before filling out the application.   • The application cannot be submitted without filling in all the mandatory fields.
  • Applicants must save the information as they proceed from page to page.
  • Payment Methods: You can use Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card or any UPI for the payment.
  • Non-Refundable: Applicants must remember that the application registration fee is non-refundable once the application number is generated.
  • Secure Payment: Make sure you’re on a secure website when entering your payment information.
  • Application Number: A 9-digit application number will be auto-generated after the successful payment of the application fee.
  • Payment Failure: In case of payment failure due to a technical error, the application number will not be generated, and any amount deducted will be automatically refunded within 15 business days.
  • Printing the Application: A copy of the application can be printed anytime from the login until the selection process is completed.

Applicants must note:
  • Documents: Original marks cards of class 10 and class 11 final report or class 12 Board result, Valid qualifying test score of NATA, if available and valid ID proof will be verified during the selection process. Applicants writting their class 12 exam must carry class 11 final report (Mandatory).
  • Selection Process: Conducted on the date and venue chosen during the application process or as announced by the office of admissions. The Selection Process will be held in person at the selected date and venue.
  • All communication will be through the applicant's login only.

  • Results Announcement: The selection process results will be available on the date mentioned in the Important Dates section on the university’s website.

    The allocation of students to campuses and programs, whether in the same or a similar program of their choice, among CHRIST (Deemed to be University) campuses located in Bangalore (Central, Kengeri, Bannerghatta, and Yeshwantpur), Lavasa (Pune), and Delhi NCR, shall be determined solely at the discretion of the University Management. Such allocation shall consider operational and academic requirements, availability of resources, and the overall interests of the institution.   • E-Offer of Admission: Selected candidates will receive an E-Offer of admission, which will be valid until the date specified in the offer.
  • Provisional Admission: Admission is provisional and subject to university rules. Candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria for their program.
  • Fee Payment: Selected candidates must pay the fees using Net Banking/Online Banking or Credit Card. They should also download the offer of admission and choose a date and time to complete the admission process in person with a parent at the selected campus.
  • Select Date and Time: Choose your preferred date and time from the available options after fee payment in your application login.
  • Campus Admission: Admission must be processed in person at the campus to which the student is offered admission.
  • Admission has to be processed as per the date and time the student has opted. Admission will not be processed without the presence of the candidate along with mandatory ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS and one full set of black and white photocopies (xerox) of all the documents mentioned below (MANDATORY):
    • Marks Card: Class 10 and Class 11 final report or Class 12 Board result (Mandatory).
    • Transfer Certificate (TC): of class 12th from the last qualified institution (Mandatory) must be submitted on or before August 30th or as announced by the office of admissions of the admission year.
    • Migration Certificate (MIG): of class 12th from the last qualified institution (applicable for all candidates except Karnataka state board applicants) (Mandatory) must be submitted on or before August 30th or as announced by the office of admissions of the admission year.
    • Two Passport Size Photographs: Formal dress, white background.
    • Two Copies of Payment Acknowledgment Receipt: From application status link https://espro.christuniversity.in/Application/
    • Valid ID Proof: Aadhar, PAN, etc.
    • Additional Documents for International Candidates:
      - Passport and Visa Details (Mandatory)
      - PIO/OCI Card holders: Have to produce a copy of the PIO / OCI card whichever is applicable (Mandatory).
      - Medical Fitness Certificate (MFC): From any recognized medical practitioner certified by the Medical Council of India
      - Resident Permit (RP): (If available while applying)
Note:
  • Candidate selected for B.Arch., Valid qualifying test score of NATA of the admission year is required as part of the eligibility, if available during admission process (Mandatory).
  • Candidate selected for B.Tech. Lateral Entry: Marks Card: Class 10 and and Diploma Marks Cards (whichever is available years’/semesters marks card) If results are awaited, then marks card till the last semester/year (Mandatory).
Make sure to have all the original documents and a full set of black and white photocopies (xerox).
  • Document Submission:
    - All mandatory documents must be submitted for verification.
    - All pending original documents (for exams in Feb-May 2025) must be submitted on or before August 30th or as announced by the office of admissions of the admission year
    - Failure to submit pending documents will result in termination of admission.
  • Bank Account Requirement:
    - All admitted students must open an account at South Indian Bank, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Branch as part of the admission process.
    - Relevant ID proof (Aadhar Card and Pan Card) is required.
  • University ID Card:
    - The ID card is a smart card that functions as an ID, ATM card, and access card for various facilities.
    - All transactions within the campus, including fee payments, will be processed through this card.
  • International Students:
    - Must register with the Foreigner Regional Registration Officer (FRRO/FRO) within 14 working days of admission or arrival in Bengaluru.
  • Commencement of Academic Year:
    - The start date for the academic year 2025 will be communicated during the admission process.
  • Caution:
    - The university does not authorize any third party to conduct the selection process or offer admissions.
    - Be wary of unauthorized SMS/Emails promising admissions.
  • Bank Loan Assistance:
    - Admitted students can request a recommendation letter for a bank loan by presenting the original fee paid receipt to the Office of Admissions.
  • Laptop:
    - Admitted students may need to purchase a laptop if required by their department.

  • Entrance test duration: 90 Minutes except if otherwise specified.
  • It is recommended to login at least 30 mins before the scheduled time to avoid any last-minute technical glitches.
  • Impersonation or any suspicious behaviour (prompting by a third person or accessing notes/gadgets) will be treated as malpractice and the application will be termed as "Not Selected".
  • It is recommended to reach the selection process (SA_MP_PI) venue on the allotted date and at least 30 minutes prior to the time stipulated in the selection process admit card.
  • The responsibility of satisfying the eligibility criteria for admission rests with the student/candidate. The issue of the E-Admit Card for the selection process does not imply that the eligibility criteria are satisfied.
  • Admit card issued 2 to 3 days prior to the scheduled date.
  • The date and time for the selection process are auto-generated by the system. Therefore, any request for changes will not be entertained.
  • Candidates may prepare their travel plan as per the "Important Dates Section" and book the travel tickets well in advance in order to avoid disappointment in losing an opportunity to appear in the selection process.
  • Candidates failing to appear for the selection process at the stipulated date and time will be considered as "Not Selected".
