Students who wish to apply for a seat in the University Hostel are hereby informed to submit their applications, (forwarded by Head of Department/Centre) along with relevant documents in the drop box available at the Student Welfare Section of the University.
Students are further advised that there is no need to approach any University authority, including the Chief Wardens or Wardens, personally. All applications received through the drop box will be scrutinized by the Warden Council on a monthly basis, and hostel seats will be allotted strictly as per the prescribed procedure.
