Complete Application Form, including part of Fees Receipt
Three Passport size photographs
10th Mark Sheets
12th Mark Sheets
Graduation DMCs
Character Certificate (Latest)
Haryana Resident (in case of Haryana Resident)
Caste Certificate, not issued after last date of submission of online Application Form (if applicable)
Latest Income & Assets Certificate, issued (for EWS Candidates)
Latest Income Certificate issued (for SC students, claiming fees exemption)
NSS Merit Certificate, if applicable
Total fee paid – Rs. 9440/-

OTHER REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

ABC ID/APAR ID (may be submitted before at the time of Counselling/within 7 days of the counselling)
Family ID/Aadhar Card (may be submitted at the time of Counselling/within 7 days of the counselling)
Proof of Regular student in Private University (if applicable, may be submitted at the time of Counselling/within 7 days of the counselling)
Proof of approval of the course/programme/degree by Distance Education Councillor Joint Committee of DEC, now Distance Education Bureau (DEB), UGC and AICTE or any other statutory body, as the case may be (if applicable, may be submitted before at the time of Counselling/within 7 days of the counselling)
No Job Affidavit (may be submitted at the time of Counselling/within 7 days of the counselling)
Anti-Drug Declaration Affidavit (may be submitted at the time of Counselling/within 7 days of the counselling)
Anti-Ragging Affidavit (may be submitted at the time of Counselling/within 7 days of the counselling)
Gap Year Affidavit (if applicable, may be submitted at the time of Counselling/within 7 days of the counselling)
Migration Certificate (if applicable, has to be submitted last upto 31.12.2025)
Final Result of graduation course (if applicable, has to be submitted last upto 31.08.2025)

Note:

1. CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THEIR RESPECTIVE DOCUMENTS & ALL FORMALITIES IN ALL ASPECT, AS PER THE INFORMATION BROCHURE, 2025- 26, AND SUBMIT THEM IN THE OFFICE OF DEPARTMENT OF LAW, IGU, AT THE TIME OF COUNSELLING.

2. CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THEIR RESPECTIVE DOCUMENTS IN THE SAME SEQUENCE, AS MENTIONED HERE.
