Merit list for 1st physical counselling for admission in MBA (2 Year)

Note: 1. Utmost care has been taken, while preparing merit list, further, if any inadvertent error/mistake arises may contact the Office, Department of Management up to 14.07.2025; 11:00 AM.

2. Those who have filled ‘Yes’ in NSS Merit certificate column of the online application form, but not submitted the same along with the application form are required to submit the same at the time of counselling, only then 5 marks of NSS Merit certificate will be considered for merit and admission process.

Important Instructions:

1st Physical Counselling will be held on 14.07.2025.
You have to report in Seminar Hall No. 3, Department of Management, Rao Tula Ram Teaching Block (Old Building) on 14.07.2025 upto 10:00AM.
Merit list is prepared purely on basis of marks obtained in Entrance Test (80 % weightage) + Group Discussion (10 Marks) + Personal Interview (10 marks) + 5 marks of NSS merit certificate.
Those who have not submitted the following documents in the department office are directed to bring one set of self-attested photocopies enclosed with two passport size photographs at the time of counselling:
Application Form (submitted at the time of registration) and registration fee receipt.
10th certificate (along with one set of self-attested photocopies)
12th certificate (along with one set self-attested photocopies)
Mark sheet of qualifying examination, graduation (along with one set self-attested photocopies)
Latest original character certificate
Certificate of reserved category and other related certificates, if applicable, as mentioned in information brochure
Income certificate (latest), if required
Haryana Residence Certificate (latest), if applicable
Certificate/affidavit of gap year, if applicable
You have to submit Rs. 37,640/- as fee, if selected, for First Year of MBA through Bank Challan/Online Mode in PNB Bank, IGU Meerpur Branch upto 15.07.2025.
Those candidates who have passed the qualifying examination through regular mode from a private university/Deemed to be University recognized by the UGC will be required to submit the proof of being regular student.
