Notification regarding Documents verification for the Round-2 admitted candidates

This is to notify for general information that the candidates who have taken admission as per their allotment in Round-2, must report physically to the institution allotted to them, for verification of documents from 15.09.2025 to 16.09.2025.

The following documents are to be produced by the provisionally admitted applicants at the time of physical verification.

Documents:

1. All the originals of the following documents (4 to 12).
2. Printout of the filled-in online Application Form
3. Two Copies of Provisional Admission cum Payment Receipt to respective Programme
4. Self-attested photocopies of all the Mark sheets of Examinations passed (10^th & onwards)
5. Self-attested photocopies Registration Certificate of Vidyasagar University/ affiliated Autonomous colleges (if admitted under 80% quota)
6. Self-attested photocopy of the Admit Card/ Pass Certificate of 10^th level Examination or equivalent as evidence of the date of birth.
7. Self-attested photocopy of valid Caste Certificate [SC/ST/OBC-A (non-creamy layer) OBC-B (non-creamy layer)] issued by the appropriate authority, for those admitted under respective quota.
8. Self-attested photocopy of valid PWD Certificate issued by the appropriate authority, for those admitted under respective quota.
9. Self-attested photocopy of EWS certificate (valid for financial 2025-26 only) issued by the appropriate authority (Govt. of WB, Ref. No.959-BCW/MR-52/2019, dated: 18.05.2023), for those admitted under respective quota.
10. Migration Certificate (for other university applicants only) must be submitted within one month from the date of admission.
11. Self-attested photocopy copy of Aadhar Card.
12. Valid ABC-ID Certificate
13. Downloaded and signed copy of students’ and his/her parents’/guardian’s affidavit regarding anti-ragging from the website (https://www.antiragging.in/affidavit_university_form.php)
