The results of the MPPSC (Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission) State Services preliminary exam have been declared on July 9. All those candidates who had appeared for the same, may check out their scores at the official website www.mppsc.nic.in . The prelim was conducted on May 31 for 255 posts.

All those candidates who have successfully cleared this stage of the exam will now have to pass the mains written exam followed by an interview. Those who will clear all the stages of the recruitment will get hired into the general administration, home police, commerce, industry and employment departments of the state government.

Around 4462 candidates have qualified the first round.

Steps to check the result :

• Log on to the official website www.mppsc.nic.in
• Select the results tab and click on 'Written Exam Results'
• Click on the link 'Result - State Service Preliminary Examination - 2016'
• A pdf file displaying the Roll Numbers of all the qualified candidates will be displayed
• Download the same and take a print out for future reference

Candidates can also check the category wise cut-off-marks for the same on the website.
