Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has announced an invitation for international students to apply for undergraduate (UG) programs in the upcoming academic year without the requirement of the Common Universities Entrance Test CUET (UG) 2024 examination. The application deadline is April 26th.
Interested foreign candidates can apply from their respective countries using a separate application form available for download on the university's official website. However, foreign nationals currently residing in India must participate in the CUET 2024.
Foreign nationals residing in India are required to submit their applications by April 26th and appear for the CUET 2024. The university offers approximately 10 UG and 34 PG courses.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
Candidates can download the Application Form from the University's website or the direct link provided. The completed application form, along with all necessary documents, should be sent by post to the designated address mentioned in the official notice.
The application form must be filled out in block letters without any corrections. Illegible forms will not be accepted.
Candidates must pay a processing fee of US Dollar $42.00 through NEFT or by Bank Draft of US Dollar $42.00 (including GST) or the Indian equivalent of Rs 3486, drawn in favor of "JAWAHARLAL NEHRU UNIVERSITY" payable at NEW DELHI. Payment details such as the candidate's name, country, and program should be indicated during the transaction.
Admissions to the School of Language, Literature & Cultural Studies and the School of Sanskrit & Indian Studies for undergraduate programs in the academic year 2024 will be conducted through the Common Universities Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2024.
