Students willing to take admission in different hostels are hereby asked to submit their applications online by 10-08-2025 as per the procedure outlined below.
Wait for the publication of the allotment list. You will receive an email notification regarding further admission steps.
It will be presumed that the minimum distance between the College and the applicant’s permanent residence is 30 kilometers.
Students who had applied earlier but were not allotted a seat, or who were allotted a seat but could not take admission due to unavoidable circumstances, are also required to submit a fresh application by following the above procedure
It is to be noted that the number of vacancies in the hostels is currently limited. However, as and when vacancies arise, admissions will be granted strictly on the basis of merit and the condition of a minimum distance of 30 kilometers from the College, in a sequential manner.
Students once admitted to a particular hostel will not be allowed to change hostels under any circumstances. For example, a student admitted to B.M. Hostel cannot transfer to Brown Hostel.
If, during the verification process, any information submitted by a student is found to be incorrect, his/her admission will be cancelled, and no refund of fees will be entertained
In case of any dispute or interpretation regarding hostel admission rules or matters not specifically covered herein, the decision of the College Authority shall be final and binding on all concerned.
