It is hereby notified to all concerned Principal/ TIC of the affiliated colleges under BSAEU, including the University Department that for filling up of Registration forms via online portal, User ID and Password will remain the same.

Date of submission of Registration Form via online portal is: From 22.12.2025 to 27.12.2025

The following documents are to be submitted physically by the colleges, in the University Campus as per

Registration fee (to be paid through online by SBI Collect): Rs. 500.00 per student. (Students already registered under this University will not be required to pay the Registration fee. However, all such candidates will be required to fill in the Registration form and submit requisite testimonials as above for documentation).

The total amount of Registration fees to be collected from the students (Rs. 500.00 per student) and to be deposited by the college through SBI Collect (https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm?corp ID=898879) in a single transaction for the whole amount.

A college will submit the application forms for Registration of all the candidates at a time in a cover file mentioning the college name and code along with a forwarding letter and two sets of submitted candidate list (download from online portal) with correction, including Method subject correction (if any) with serial number be maintained as per submission list, SBI payment receipt should be submitted.

Date of Payment for Registration fees from 29.12.2025 to 31.12.2025 (Online payment upto 11:30 p.m.).
