Registration for M.Ed. Programme Session 2025-27

It is hereby notified to all concerned Principal / T I C / O I C of affiliated colleges under BSAEU (Eerstwhile WBUTTEPA) including University Departments regarding filling up of Registration forms via online portal. User ID and Password will remain the same.

► Date of submission of Registration Form via online portal:

From 08.12.2025 to 12.12.2025

► Physical document submission by colleges in the University Campus:

Within 17.12.2025 to 18.12.2025 (This date will not be extended).

► Documents to be submitted by the colleges on behalf of students:

1. Online Registration Form (downloaded from online portal) with original signature of student and Head of Institution.
2. Self-attested photocopy of Admit Card of 10th standard.
3. Self-attested photocopies of all Mark Sheets of Graduation (Part I / Part II / Part III or all Semesters).
   *Also submit Conversion Certificate with all Mark Sheets for CBCS Mark sheets.
4. Self-attested photocopies of all Mark Sheets of Post-Graduation (Part I / Part II or all Semesters).
   *Also submit Conversion Certificate with all Mark Sheets for CBCS Mark sheets.
5. Self-attested photocopies of all Mark Sheets of B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. as per application (for M.Ed. students only).
6. Self-attested photocopy of SC / ST / PWD / OBC-A / OBC-B Certificate.
7. Self-attested photocopy of Aadhaar Card.
8. Migration Certificate (original for Other University students).
   B.Ed. Registration Certificate (photo copy only for Home University students).
   Migration number & date along with Aadhaar number should be entered in the respective place of the online form.
9. If Deputed – Joining Letter with D.I. Permission.
10. Other documents (if required): Transfer Certificate, Marriage Certificate with affidavit of 1st Class Judicial Magistrate, etc.
11. Each College must submit separate files for HOME (under BSAEU) / OTHER UNIVERSITY (with payment receipt copy).

► Additional Instructions

• A college will submit the application forms for Registration of all the candidates at a time in a cover file mentioning the college name and code along with a forwarding letter. Two sets of submitted candidates list (downloaded from online portal) with serial number chronologically & SBI payment receipt should be submitted.
• Students already registered under this University will not be required to pay the Registration fee. However, such candidates must fill in the Registration form and submit requisite testimonials as mentioned above for documentation.
• The total amount of registration fee collected from students of other Universities (Rs. 500 per student) must be deposited by the college through SBI Collect in a single transaction for the entire amount. (Link: https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm?corpID=898879)
• Link will be active for payment w.e.f. 11.12.2025 up to 16.12.2025.
