B.Tech 2025 Admission Physical Reporting & Fee Details

Physical Reporting Schedule for newly admitted B.Tech. candidates through JoSAA/CSAB-2025 counseling for the Academic Year 2025-26

  1. The physical document verification of candidates of B.Tech admitted via JoSAA/CSAB-2025 is scheduled on 1st September 2025 from 10:30 AM to 05:00 PM in the Sabhagriha Hall of the University as per the schedule below. Only those candidates, who are ready with all the required documents, will be allowed to enter the hall for physical document verification.
  2. Candidates can take hostel accommodation based on the final admission letter, issued only after successful physical document verification. The classes of B.Tech. 1st semester will commence in offline mode w.e.f. 2nd September 2025. Orientation program for students is scheduled in first week of September, 2025. Details of the orientation program will be notified by Deputy Registrar (Academic) office.
  3. Candidates are required to bring the following documents in Original for Verification and two sets of self-attested photocopies along with filled form (Annexure-I) at the time of Physical Reporting.
    1. Online Document Verification Certificate (ODVC) cum Seat Acceptance Letter downloaded during JoSAA/CSAB-2025 Regular /Special /National Spot rounds (Generated after verification of documents on JoSAA/CSAB-2025 portal on first-time allotment of a seat).
    2. Provisional Admission Letter/ Seat Allotment Letter of JoSAA/CSAB-2025 of the latest round, having final allotment of a seat in B.Tech.
    3. Student Registration Form attached as Annexure – 1.
    4. Valid JEE Mains (Year - 2023/2024/2025) Score Card with valid score.
    5. Statement of Marks (Mark Sheets) of 12th Class.
    6. 10th Board Mark Sheet/Certificate having particulars of the candidate (Mandatory). The Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate issued by the appropriate Govt. Authority, in case DOB is not mentioned on 10th Board Mark Sheet.
    7. Aadhaar Card (Front and Back).
    8. Valid Address Proof in support of Permanent and Correspondence Address (if different from Aadhaar Card).
    9. Original Migration Certificate (from the Institute/School last attended).
    10. Original Medical Certificate (as per JoSAA website).
    11. Recent passport and stamp size photographs (each four).
    12. Original certificate of category (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS) in Hindi or English, if applicable, as per format available on the JoSAA 2025 website, issued by the competent authority.
    13. Duly filled in Anti Ragging form by candidate and parents. The detailed notice for anti-ragging undertaking is included as Annexure–II.


    Note: Although the above documents are required, candidates are advised to bring all their original documents related to educational qualifications (e.g., Mark sheets, school Leaving / Transfer certificates, etc.), Cast/Category related certificates (e.g., OBC-NCL, EWS, etc.), birth proof related documents (e.g., Class X marks sheet/ certificate, school Leaving/transfer certificate etc.), photo ID cards (e.g., Aadhaar card, PAN card, etc.), any affidavits prepared as suggested by verifying officers during online reporting.

    The first semester fees are as follows:

    The balance fee, after adjustment of the amount received from JoSAA/CSAB (post-deduction of their processing fee), must be paid by the candidate. The online payment link will be provided by the University after CSAB Special Round 3 (after 19th August 2025). The candidate must complete this payment by 30th August 2025.

  5. Financial Aid: It is informed that the Financial Aid (FA) process will be initiated only after the commencement of the classes. GSV will invite the FA applications from the students after commencement of the classes with sufficient time to apply. The students, who apply and qualify for the grant of FA, will get the FA amount into their bank accounts. Hence, the students must deposit the fee on the due date.
  6. The candidates are required to visit the University website (www.gsv.ac.in) regularly for latest updates.
