Notification regarding modified Credit System and New Grading System in BCA under CDOE

As recommended by the Director, CDOE, Dibrugarh University and 131^st Meeting of the Under Graduate Board (UGB) held on 16.06.2025, the Joint Meeting of the 158^th Post Graduate Board (PGB) and 134^th Academic Council, Dibrugarh University held on 25.06.2025 vide Resolution No. 16 has approved the modified Credit System and New Grading System in accordance with NEP of FYUGP in BCA Programme in CBCS under Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) with effect from the academic session 2024-2025 (session beginning January 2025) as mentioned below:

(i) Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)	Undergraduate Programme / Syllabus (under Distance Education) Clause 3.0 of Examination and Evaluation; Sub-Clause 3.6 of Grading System as Approved by the 116^th meeting of the Academic Council held on 30.04.2019	Undergraduate Programme / Syllabus (under Distance Education) Clause 3.0 (Examination and Evaluation) Sub-Clause 3.6 incorporated Grading System as per Dibrugarh University Regulations (Revised) for the FYUGP in CBCS, 2024 as approved by the 131^st (Special) Meeting of the Academic Council (Emergent), Dibrugarh University held on 13/06/2024 vide Resolution No. 01(a) of Clause 15 (Grading System); Sub-Clause 15.1 - 15.3.
