Provisional List of Candidates Selected for 2nd Selection Admission into Different Ph.D Programmes for the Session 2025-26

The following rank holders, invited for counselling/admission, are required to produce original documents to verify the authenticity of the details entered in their Application Forms, along with valid evidence supporting any reservation, weightage claimed, or other documents as specified in the Admission Brochure 2025.

Candidates who do not meet the minimum eligibility criteria will not be allowed to take admission into the Ph.D. Programme of Ravenshaw University, irrespective of their rank. Please note that reporting or attendance at the counselling/admission venue does not guarantee admission. Failure to report for counselling/admission as per the notified schedule shall result in forfeiture of all claims for admission.

In case any discrepancy is found in the submitted documents during verification, the candidature is liable to cancellation, and the rank may be revised or forfeited accordingly

Fee Details:
Admission Fee: Rs.10,000/-

Mode of Payment: The admission fee shall be paid through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Ravenshaw University, payable at Cuttack.

DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

Print out of the application form (printed application form after online submission) with a recent passport size photograph affixed on it.
Aadhaar Card (mandatory)
All original certificates and documents in support of qualifications (such as certificates and mark sheets)
NET Scorecard
Migration, Conduct and College Leaving Certificate
Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/SEBC candidates only)
Blood Group Certificate
Four recent passport size colour photographs;
Demand Draft for Admission Fees.
All the students who are admitted are requested to fill-up the anti-ragging undertaking form at www.antiragging.in positively and submit the proof of it in the office of the Head/Coordinator of the respective department
One set of photocopies of all the above documents and all should be signed by the candidate as proof of self-attestation is to be submitted

Submission of incorrect information with intention to commit fraud may lead to cancellation of admission.

N. B

Candidates working in any organization require to produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer. If a selected candidate fails to submit the documents and admission fees etc. on the specified date, the claim for admission shall be forfeited

No extension of time will be allowed in any case. If a dispute or controversy of any kind arises before, during, or after the admission, the decision of the Admission Committee 2025, Ravenshaw University, Cuttack, in all such cases, shall be final
