In pursuant to the previous notification vide memo no. Rc/Regn./Mign./2025-26/321dated 09.01.2025, notice is hereby given to all concerned to complete their Registration against the courses of UG/PG/Lateral UIT for the AY 2025-26, through online mode using link https://enrollment.uit-bu.in/
Students taking admission for AY 2025-26 at respective semester are requested to complete their Registration at the earliest and not keep them pending, as keeping incomplete/pending registration formalities may lead to difficulties in receiving Admit cards and appearance for semester examination.
Students of UIT Programmes of UG Lateral for academic year 2025-26, are advised to go through Students' User manual and fill up the online for Registration cum Enrollment to be made available from 06/02/2026/00.01 hours to 10/02/2026/23.59hrs.
Students are required to register themselves using their email & mobile number on the Registration portal and complete the form fill up. After successful submission of registration cum enrollment form by the student, the student shall receive a confirmation copy at his/her email. The same is to be printed and submitted to the college authority for necessary verification and confirmation. The college authority will login using respective login credentials for verification, editing and confirmation of the respective student's details by 02/2026/23.59hrs. For already registered students(old registration), having got admission in AY
2025-26, necessary formalities for Restoration are to be completed.
Upon submission of necessary details by the student for Registration/Restoration and verification by the college authority, the printout of the system generated confirmation slip along with the all supporting hardcopy documents (MARKSHEET, JEE RANK CERTIFICATE/FEE PAYMENT RECEIPT/CHALLAN etc) are to be submitted by the college authority at the Registration & Migration Section, Golden Jubilee Building by..!!.../9/2026 for necessary deposits to avoid future adjustment. The students, who have qualified their last qualifying examination from any Board/Council/University other than Board/Council/University specified by the University of Burdwan, must take a prior permission from the Registrar, the University of Burdwan and a copy of that permission letter must be submitted with hardcopy of registration cum enrollment form.
Candidates migrating to the University of Burdwan from other Universities shall be required to apply for Registration under the University of Burdwan. Candidates having previous registration under the University of Burdwan need not obtain fresh registration but may be required to apply for Restoration, if applicable, as the case may be.
Fees Structure:
Registration Fees: Rs. 100/- (+ Form Fees Rs. 10)
Examination Enrollment Fees: Rs. 100/-
Sports Fees (one time): Rs. 130/-[UG] & Rs. 160/-[PG]
Inward Migration Fees: Rs. 100/- (+ Form fees Rs. 20/-)
Restoration Fee: Rs. 150/-(Wherever applicable)
Furnishing of incomplete/erroneous/ false and misleading information at the submission of registration cum enrollment form by a candidate shall be viewed seriously during verification and on detection of any such irregularities, registration of the candidate shall not be granted or shall be cancelled at any stage.
