Electives
The students can pursue elective courses in the streams of Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Operations and IT and Health Care Management.

Graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks with medium of instruction as English.

All applicants should have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis).

Candidates not meeting the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation have to submit the TOEFL / NELT / IELTS score by May 31, 2026.

Applicants in their final year bachelor's degree course are also eligible to apply, provided they complete their graduation requirements (including practical examinations / viva / assignments) before May 31, 2026.

The admission will remain provisional until they produce marks sheets and degree certificates establishing their eligibility.

The last date for submission of proof of graduation is November 01, 2026. Eligibility criteria will be checked from August, 2026 onwards. Hence, the onus of ensuring that they satisfy the eligibility criteria rests solely with the candidate.

The candidates seeking admission to MBA Program at IBS Hyderabad, IBS Bengaluru, IBS Dehradun, IBS Jaipur and PGPM (Post Graduate Program in Management) program offered by IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai and IBS Pune have to appear for IBSAT 2025.

IBSAT is an online aptitude test conducted by The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (Deemed-to-be-University under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956), for students seeking admission to the MBA Program. IBSAT 2025 is an aptitude test conducted on Computer Based Test (CBT) format. The test is of 2 hours duration.

Scores from 2023 onwards of GMAT/ CAT/NMAT by GMACTM are accepted in place of IBSAT 2025.

Selection briefings are conducted for the qualified candidates in various cities across the country to clarify various aspects related to the programs of IBS.

The candidates who qualify on the basis of IBSAT / GMATTM / CAT / NMAT by GMACTM/XAT are called for selection process in February 2026. The final selection is based on performance in Micro Presentation, Personal Interview and the past academic performance (performance in Class X, Class XII and graduation).

At IBS Dehradun & IBS Jaipur the total program fee including admission fee applicable for domicile and non domicile students is as follows: In addition, students have to pay Rs. 10,000/- as refundable Caution Deposit along with the 1st Installment of Fee. Living expenses are extra.

Students are expected to have their own laptops at the time of reporting to IBS.
