The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has released the recheck results for ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) as of 11 a.m. today.
Students can access their results by visiting the official CISCE websites:
The original results for ICSE and ISC were declared on April 30.
Candidates who are not satisfied with the outcome of the recheck have the option to apply for a re-evaluation of their answer scripts, according to the council.
“Candidates not satisfied with their recheck results may submit requests for re-evaluation,” the CISCE has stated.
The window for submitting re-evaluation requests is open from May 28 to May 30.
While a recheck involves verifying the accuracy of marks and calculations, re-evaluation means the answers are reassessed by a subject expert.
The council has confirmed that marks awarded after re-evaluation—whether increased or decreased—will be considered final.
School heads can register students for the improvement examinations between May 30 and June 5, as per the CISCE.
Candidates may appear for improvement in up to two subjects.
For ICSE students, if a subject includes multiple papers, they can opt to retake either one or all of the papers. ISC candidates choosing to retake English must appear for both Paper 1 and Paper 2.
The final mark in any subject will be the higher of the two scores—original or improvement.
