The MBA program at CHRIST is a full-time, two-year program with six trimesters. It has a rigorous curriculum that combines core courses and a wide range of elective courses. Disclaimer: Understanding Your Selection Status
The allocation of students to campuses and programmes, whether in the same or a similar programme of their choice, among CHRIST (Deemed to be University) campuses located in Bangalore (Central, Kengeri, Bannerghatta, and Yeshwantpur), Lavasa (Pune), and Delhi NCR, shall be determined solely at the discretion of the University Management. Such allocation shall consider operational and academic requirements, availability of resources, and the overall interests of the institution. The decision of the Admission Committee regarding campus and programme allocation shall be final, binding under any circumstances. Any Dispute is subject to Bengaluru Jurisdiction only.
  • Results Announcement: The selection process results will be available on the date mentioned in the Important Dates section on the university’s website.

  • E-Offer of Admission: Selected candidates will receive an E-Offer of admission, which will be valid until the date specified in the offer.
  • Provisional Admission: Admission is provisional and subject to university rules. Candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria for their program.
  • Fee Payment: Selected candidates must pay the fees using Net Banking/Online Banking or Credit Card. They should also download the offer of admission and choose a date and time to complete the admission process in person with a parent at the selected campus.
To process admission:
  • Select Date and Time: Choose your preferred date and time from the available options.
  • Campus Admission: Admission must be processed at the campus where the offer of admission is made
  • Admission has to be processed as per point (1). Admission will not be processed without the presence of CANDIDATE along with mandatory ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS and one full set of black and white photocopies (xerox) of all the documents mentioned below (MANDATORY):
    • Class 10 and Class 12 Marks Statements (Mandatory).
    • Undergraduate Degree Marks Card: (Semester/Year/Consolidated) If results are awaited, then marks card till the last semester/year (Mandatory).
    • Provisional (PDC) or Degree Certificate (DC): If graduated before November 2025, must be submitted by 30 September 2026 or as announced by the office of admissions of the admission year.
    • Transfer Certificate (TC): Of an undergraduate degree from the last qualified institution (Mandatory) must be submitted by 30 September 2026 or as announced by the office of admissions of the admission year.
    • Migration Certificate (MIG): Of an undergraduate degree from a qualifying University (applicable for all candidates except those studying in Karnataka) (Mandatory) must be submitted by 30 September 2026.
    • Entrance Test Scorecard (MBA Programmes): Copy of valid entrance test scorecard (Sep MAT 2025 | Dec MAT 2025 | Nov/Dec CAT 2025 | Feb MAT 2026 | CMAT 2026 | XAT 2026 | ATMA 2026 | GMAT 2025 / 2026| GRE 2025 / 2026) (Mandatory)
    • Work Experience: Candidates who are applying for the Dual Degree MBA (CU) + MBA, (THWS, Germany) Programme should submit the work related documents (Joining Letter/Experience Letter with Latest Salary Slip) (Full Time/Family Business also considered) with one or more year of work experience (Mandatory).

    • Additional Documents for International Candidates:
      Passport and Visa Details (Mandatory)
      PIO/OCI Card holders: Have to produce a copy of the PIO / OCI card whichever is applicable (Mandatory).
      Medical Fitness Certificate (MFC): From any recognized medical practitioner certified by the Medical Council of India Resident Permit (RP): (If available while applying)
      Make sure to have all the original documents and a full set of black and white photocopies (xerox).
  • Document Submission:
    All mandatory documents must be submitted for verification.
    All pending original documents (for exams in March-June 2026) must be submitted to the Office of Admissions by 30 September 2026 or as announced by the office of admissions of the admission year.
    Failure to submit pending documents will result in termination of admission.
  • Bank Account Requirement:
    All admitted students must open an account at South Indian Bank, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Branch as part of the admission process.
    Relevant ID proof (Aadhar Card and Pan Card) is required.
  • University ID Card:
    The ID card is a smart card that functions as an ID, ATM card, and access card for various facilities.
    All transactions within the campus, including fee payments, will be processed through this card.
  • International Students:
    Must register with the Foreigner Regional Registration Officer (FRRO/FRO) within 14 working days of admission or arrival in Bengaluru.
  • Commencement of Academic Year:
    The start date for the academic year 2026 will be communicated during the admission process.
  • Caution:
    The university does not authorize any third party to conduct the selection process or offer admissions.
    Be wary of unauthorized SMS/Emails promising admissions.
  • Bank Loan Assistance:
    Admitted students can request a recommendation letter for a bank loan by presenting the original fee paid receipt to the Office of Admissions.
  • Laptop:
    Admitted students may need to purchase a laptop if required by their department.
  • Final Decision:

Instructionsfor submission of Online Application Form
Candidates are required to apply online only through the University website www.christuniversity.in No other means/mode of application will be accepted.

Candidates should thoroughly go through the programme eligibility criteria, etc. before applying.

Step-1: Procedure to Register as a New applicant
  • One-time registration: This registration allows you to apply for multiple programs using the same Registration ID.
  • Fill in your details: Enter your name as per your class 10 school certificate, a valid email ID, mobile number, WhatsApp number for further communication, date of birth, and create a password. Reconfirm the password. Ensure all data is correct before submission, as you cannot edit this personal information later. Click on the ‘Register’ button to complete the registration.
  • Verify with OTP: An OTP will be sent to your mobile number and email ID. Enter the OTP in the given section and click on the ‘Proceed’ button. If you do not find the email in your inbox, check the spam folder.
Step-2: Procedure to Login
  • Login with your credentials: Use your registered email ID and password to log in. Enter them correctly in the respective fields.
  • Click on the Login button: After entering your details, click on the ‘Login’ button.
  • Forgot password?: If you forgot your password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ button and follow the necessary steps to reset it.
Step-3: Steps you need to follow to fill out your personal information in the application form
  • Select the program: Choose the program and campus to which you want to apply. If there is an option to choose preferences, kindly choose the preference accordingly. All candidates must meet the program specific eligibility criteria. (Eligibility criteria for the program is available on the admissions page on the University website). Ensure all data is correct before proceeding to next step, as you cannot edit this information later.
  • Photograph: Upload a photo (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms formal dress with white background only not more than 100 kb). Photos with other backgrounds or taken with mobile devices will result in rejection of the application.
  • Read the terms and conditions: Carefully read the terms and conditions and select the declaration box below.
  • Pre-requisites: Valid qualifying test score of either Sep MAT 2025 | Dec MAT 2025 | Nov/Dec CAT 2025 | Feb MAT 2026 | CMAT 2026 | XAT 2026 | ATMA 2026 | GMAT FOCUS 2025 / 2026 | GRE 2025 / 2026.
  • Personal information: Fill in your personal information, sports achievements (if any), and extracurricular details (if any).
  • Parent/guardian information: Provide your current and permanent addresses, along with your parent and guardian information.
  • Educational details: Fill in your educational details and upload clear scanned copies of class 10, class12, undergraduate degree, work experience letter (if mandatory) and valid test scores (such as MAT, CAT, etc.,) depending on the program’s eligibility criteria. Applicants in their final year of an undergraduate degree must enter the marks up to the previous semester/year. *Applications with no marks cards, other mandatory documents or unclear scanned copies will be rejected and termed as Not Eligible.
  • Preview your application: Review the details you have entered. If there are any corrections needed, edit and preview the application form again. Once submitted, the details cannot be corrected, so ensure everything is accurate before submitting.
  • Select the date and centre for the selection process: Refer to the Important Dates section before filling out the application. Choose the appropriate date and centre for the selection process based on the program you are applying for. No requests for date/venue changes will be entertained.
  • The selection process:
    Round One - Group Discussion & Micro Presentation,
    Round Two - Written Skill Assessment, Skill Assessment/Verbal Assessment, and Personal Interview)
  • The application cannot be submitted without filling in all the mandatory fields.
  • Applicants must save the information as they proceed from page to page.
Step-4: Application Fee Payment
  • Payment Methods: You can use Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card or any UPI for the payment.
  • Non-Refundable: Applicants must remember that the application registration fee is non-refundable once the application number is generated.
  • Secure Payment: Make sure you’re on a secure website when entering your payment information.
  • Application Number: A 9-digit application number will be auto-generated after the successful payment of the application fee.
  • Payment Failure: In case of payment failure due to a technical error, the application number will not be generated, and any amount deducted will be automatically refunded within 15 business days.
  • Printing the Application: A copy of the application can be printed anytime from the login until the selection process is completed.

  • Documents: Original marks cards of class 10, class12, undergraduate degree provisional/degree certificate and work experience letter and valid test scores (such as MAT, CAT, etc.,) depending on the program’s eligibility criteria and ID proof will be verified during the selection process. Applicants in their final year of an undergraduate degree must carry the marks card up to the previous semester/year.
  • Selection Process: Conducted on the date and venue chosen during the application process or as announced by the office of admissions. The Selection Process will be held in person at the selected date and venue.

General instructions for applicants reporting for selection process:
  • Candidates have to access their selection process admit card from the link “https://espro.christuniversity.in/Application/" on the University website and print the same. All candidates must read through the contents published in the admit card and must carry the all the required documents mentioned in the admit card along with a printed copy of the admit card.
  • The Centre allotment is based on the candidate’s preference opted to appear for the Selection Process in the application form and further change will not be entertained. However, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) reserves the right to cancel, combine or change the Venue/Centres, depending on the number of candidates in specific Venue/Centres.
  • The preferred date for selection process will be allotted, subject to availability of slots. Request for change in selection process dates, time OR venue will not be entertained.

  • ID proof will be verified during the selection process. The following may be used as ID proof: Aadhar card/Passport/Voter ID/Recent College ID card.
  • Candidates must report for the above selection process on the allotted date and at least 30 minutes prior to the time stipulated on the selection process admit card.
  • Travel arrangements for out station candidates must be made in advance as per the selection process dates published on our website.
  • Those candidates not reaching the venue at the allotted date and time will not be permitted to take part in the selection process. The candidates are requested to start early to avoid traffic congestions.
  • Request for change in Selection Process dates / timings and change in Centre will not be entertained. Candidates failing to appear for the selection process at the stipulated date and time will be considered as “Not Selected”.
  • Cellular phone, other electronic gadgets etc., are not allowed into the Selection Process Venue.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Selection Process of CHRIST (Deemed to be University) at any Centre.
  • All candidates are requested to prepare for a Micro Presentation (Extempore) as part of the Selection Process. Candidates will be asked to speak on any of the topics given in our selection process link on “Topics for Presentation 2026" during the GD_MP.
  • Candidates have to access their selection process admit card from the link "Application Status" from our website and print the same.
  • The responsibility of satisfying the eligibility criteria for Admission rests with the student/candidate. Issue of the E-Admit Card for the selection process does not imply that the eligibility criteria are satisfied.

Eligibility
The valid test scores of the following tests held in 2025 and 2026 will be accepted (Sep MAT 2025 | Dec MAT 2025 | Nov/Dec CAT 2025 | Feb MAT 2026 | CMAT 2026 | XAT 2026 | ATMA 2026 | GMAT 2025 / 2026 | GRE 2025 / 2026).

Candidates who have passed the Undergraduate degree examination with 50 % aggregate marks from any recognised University in India or abroad recognised by UGC / AIU are eligible to apply. (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / Years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far). Students writing their final degree examinations during March-June 2026 are also eligible to apply.

MAT score of 600 and above OR CAT score of 60 percentile and above OR XAT score of 60 percentile and above OR CMAT score of 60 percentile and above OR ATMA score of 60 percentile and above OR GMAT score of 450 and above OR GRE score of 295 and above.

Candidates who are applying for the Dual Degree MBA (CU) + MBA, (THWS, Germany) Programme should submit the work related documents (Joining Letter/Experience Letter with Latest Salary Slip) (Full Time/Family Business also considered) with one or more year of work experience (Mandatory).

THWS Eligibility
Students should have a minimum score of 2.5 GPA (German grade conversion) in their undergraduate program.
1-year professional work experience is mandatory to apply to this program
Students should clear German language A1 before the completion of the MBA program

For MBA (CU) + MBA (WMU, USA): Students must also obtain a minimum composite score of 450 in GMAT or 295 in GRE before students formally apply for WMU admission which will be during September 2026. (Mandatory).

The minimum Score specified for MAT / CAT / CMAT / XAT / GMAT / GRE / ATMA is only eligibility criteria and the actual score thereof shall have no bearing in the selection process.

# The fee for Karnataka domicile students, as indicated in the table, is the actual fee payable and excludes the scholarship amount.

It is to be noted that though the fee is fixed for two years, there may be a periodic nominal increase to meet the rise in costs.
  • NRI fee is applicable for the first year for candidates who have studied foreign syllabus (has to be approved by UGC / AIU) in the qualifying examination of study in India. In subsequent years Other Indian States fee will be applicable.
    (The above condition is not applicable to NRI and candidates applied under NRI Category).
  • NRI fee is applicable for the full duration of the Programme for candidates who;
    2.1. Have pursued and completed their last qualifying exam from outside India.
    2.2. Are NRI and candidates who have applied under the NRI category.
  • To claim the Indian OR Karnataka category fee, the candidates should have studied last 7 years in India. (Not applicable for OCI, PIO and Foreign Nationals).
  • Admission registration fee of INR 8,000/- (US $100 for foreign nationals/PIO/OCI) is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of admission. This fee will be apart from cancellation charges if applicable.
  • All Candidates If “Selected” after appearing for the final selection process, the fee may be paid through the following option:
