UG (Engg./Pharm./Arch.) Admission 2025: Final Admission Schedule and Guideline

Candidates who have completed PI reporting MUST fill out and submit the online FET JU UG Admission Application Form through this web portal between 11:00 A.M. on 12/09/2025 and midnight on 14/09/2025.

Subsequently, all such candidates MUST have to complete the admission formalities of Jadavpur University offline in-person mode. Check the department-wise in-person admission schedule.

Not completing this online form fill up and subsequent in-person admission will cancel the WBJEE allotted seat and the candidate cannot claim it back afterwards.

The date of Commencement of Session for UG Engineering/Pharmacy/Architecture 1st Year (2025-26): 15th September, 2025

Centralised Student Induction Program (SIP): 15th September, 2025 & 23rd September, 2025. [Procedure to be notified soon]

Departmental Student Induction Program (SIP): 16th September, 2025 to 22nd September, 2025

Candidates, who have completed PI reporting of WBJEEB must submit the FET, JU online admission 2025 application form and MUST report as per the following schedule at the 3rd floor of the TEQIP BUILDING near Gate No. 3 of JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY main campus at 188 Raja S.C. Mallick Road, Jadavpur, Kolkata- 700032 for completing the final admission and roll number generation. Presence of the candidate in person is mandatory except emergency situations.

• Printed copy of the Online FET, JU, Admission 2025 Application Form
• Candidate’s copy of the PI reporting sheet – Original
• Photocopy of the family income certificate or similar documents in support of the claimed family income for all candidates except those admitted under EWS and TFW category – Any IT document, Certificate issued by the employer(s) of the earning member(s) of the family, Certificate issued by the competent government authority in their own format will be sufficient.
• Original fitness certificate from registered medical practitioner in the format published or any other equivalent format containing all relevant information.
• 5 (Five) copies of the passport-sized photograph.
• Admission Fees, as mentioned below, to be paid by Cash / Credit Card / Debit Card (UPI payment is not accepted)
  - All Programmes except Information Technology – Rs. 710/-
  - Information Technology (non-TFW) – Rs. 25,860/-
  Information Technology (TFW) – Rs. 19,860/-
