In accordance with the decision taken under Agenda Item No. 05 of the meeting of the Postgraduate Research Council dated 19.12.2025:
All research scholars who, after enrolling in the Ph.D. program, have joined regular government service shall be permitted to submit their thesis only after completing the remaining period of mandatory regular attendance of three years from the date of registration by taking leave from the concerned department for the required duration.
In case research scholars employed in government service do not take such leave, their registration shall be considered automatically cancelled.
