The Online Application for seeking admission in Four Year Under Graduate Programme under
Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) for session 2025-29 in various Regular courses for
Constituent/Government/Affiliated Colleges of Patliputra University, Patna starts from the 29th April 2025.
The detailed Online Form comprising of Major courses to be opted by a candidate will be available
on the admission portal. At the time of admission, the offer letter will be checked and verified by concerned
Colleges and the Colleges will have to validate the same by hitting "Submit" button.

Fee for online application for admission in UG (Regulars) courses is Rs.600/- (Rupees Six hundred only)
for General/BC-VBC-IVEWS category students and Rs.450/- (Rupees Four Hundred Fifty only) for SC/ST
category students to be deposited in online mode only. Online application fee once paid will not be
refunded.
NOTE:- The admission process will continue on Sqnday and holidays also. The colleges will make
arrangements for this
Eligibility Criteria: Pass +2 in any stream
Reservation Rules: As per reservation rule, Government of Bihar.
Selection Criteria: The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in *2 examination,
choice of the college, Major course opted and the applicant's category to which he/she belongs. Please visit
the University website for detailed information
The students are advised to opt for colleges nearer to their residence. The merit list allots only those
colleges which the candidate has opted.
