PG Admission - Physical Verification of Mop-Up round, 2025-2027

Students, who have applied through online portal in the Sanskrit College and University to the first year of any Postgraduate Course Programme, are advised to report The Sanskrit College and University, for Mop-Up round admission on 10/09/2025 at 12:00 Noon. After 12:00 noon no candidate will be allowed to participate in the Mop-Up round.

Self-attested copies of following documents (in mentioned order) plus those documents in Original:

• Copy of online Application Form.
• Admission Fee Payment Receipt.
• Copy of Admit card of Madhyamik or equivalent Exam.
• Copies of Pass Marksheet & certificate of Madhyamik or equivalent Exam.
• Copy of Admit Card of Higher Secondary/Equivalent Exam.
• Copies of Pass Marksheet & certificate of Higher Secondary or equivalent Exam.
• Copy of Admit Card of Final Semester Exam at UG level.
• Copies of Final Pass Marksheet & certificate of UG Course of study.
• Reserved Category certificate issued by the competent authority of the Govt. of West Bengal.
• 10. Copy of Aadhaar Card.
• Copy of Blood Group Certificate.
• Copy of passport & Visa (For Foreign Nationals).
• Anti-ragging declaration by the students as uploaded on the Sanskrit College and University Website.
• Sports related certificate as per instruction published in the Admission Brochure (2025-26).
• Copy of duly filled in student Registration form (All information must be provided).
• Copy of ABC ID/APPAR ID.
• Mobile No(s) & E-mail no(s) of the students for official purpose. (As supplied in the Applicationform.)
