Notice for Document Verification & Ph.D. Coursework Registration 2025

All participants of the Ph.D. Programme 2025 (Part-I Coursework) are hereby instructed that document verification and coursework registration will be conducted as per the schedule below.

At the time of verification, candidates must produce all original educational documents and submit the following:

Documents to Submit:

• Photocopy of Admission form of Coursework
• Photocopy of PG Final Marksheet
• Photocopy of NET/SET/other similar level exam qualified result/certificate
• Photocopy of SKBU Registration Certificate (for SKBU registered students)
• Original Migration Certificate (for candidates other than SKBU registered students)
• No Objection Certificate (for in-service candidates) in prescribed proforma from the appropriate authority of the organization, clearly stating:
  • Candidate is permitted to pursue studies on a part-time basis
  • Official duties allow sufficient time for research
  • Candidate will be relieved from duty if required to complete coursework
• Photocopy of Reservation Certificate (for reserved category candidates)
