Document Verification Notice for Upgrade Round 2025

The physical verification of documents for newly admitted students of Asutosh College for the academic session 2025-2026 will be held as per enclosed schedule.

The newly admitted students are requested to come for physical verification with the following documents (in Originals & 1 photocopy) as per the schedule (attached below).

• Application Form
• Provisional Admission Confirmation Certificate
• Last Payment Receipt
• Class XII Marksheet
• Proof of Age (Madhyamik / Class X Admit Card with DOB mentioned / Birth Certificate / Aadhar Card)
• Address Proof
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• PWD Certificate (if applicable)
• BPL Certificate (if applicable)
• Migration Certificate (if applicable)
• Equivalence Certificate (if applicable)
• Registration Certificate (if applicable)
