School Subjects offered:
English, Bengali, Hindi, Economics, Geography, History
The school subject chosen by the applicant should have been studied by the applicant as an Honours Subject / at the Graduation / Post-Graduation level.
As per NCTE norms the maximum number of students for a particular teaching school subject is restricted.
Students with Pure Science and Commerce are not eligible.
Kindly note your form number, keep a printout of the submitted Application form and online payment receipt. The Application along with photocopies of the relevant uploaded documents need to be brought to the college at the time of the Written test for physical submission.
Verification of the documents will be done when the students report for offline Written Test. Admission will be cancelled if the documents are found not in conformity with the declaration in the forms submitted online.
Age limit: Fresher pupils – 40 years (as on June 2025)
Deputed candidates (Age: no bar) teaching classes V – XII in recognized schools need only apply. A Resolution of the Governing Body/Managing Committee regarding deputation need to be furnished along with the other 5 documents mentioned on the Information sheet.
Any candidate who has obtained 50% marks (in aggregate) in B.A., B.Sc./M.A., M.Sc. is eligible for Admission to the B.Ed. Programme.
The maximum number of seats in Loreto College for the B.Ed. Course (2025-2027) is 50.

Candidates who are not present for the Written Test and Interface meetings in the college will be disqualified.
Note: Printouts of the completed and submitted online Application form along with photocopies of the relevant uploaded documents need to be brought to the college at the time of the Written test for physical submission.
All original documents including Marksheets, Migration Certificate (for Other University students), Aadhar Card also have to be brought for the written test for verification.. |

Fill in the on-line form, upload clear, unattested scans of your photograph, signature, Class X Admit Card (if class x admit card is not available then upload your birth certificate) and Board Mark Sheet, Class XII Board Mark Sheet, Caste Certificate (if applicable), Baptism Certificate (if applicable), Reference letter from Parish Priest (if applicable), Disability Certificate (if applicable), EWS Certificate (if applicable), Under Graduate Mark Sheet, UG University Registration Certificate, Post Graduate Mark Sheet (if applicable) and click the Submit button to submit the form. Print out a copy of the Form as these will need to be submitted to the College at the time of the written examination and interview.

After you submit, an acknowledgement page with Form Number will appear on the screen, take a print out of this page and keep it for your future reference.

Then Click on the Online Payment Link.

Pay on-line or generate the cash challan.

Payment should be made only after submitting the online application form, using the generated form number.
