- CU Registration Certificate & Transfer Certificate (if previously admitted to another CU college)

- BPL Certificate (if applicable)
- Absence in physical verification will lead to cancellation of admission.
- Failure to produce required original documents within the scheduled period may lead to cancellation of admission.
